Our whole service exists to turn the data you tracked about your baby into a keepsake. We treat that information with the care it deserves:

• All baby data (sleep logs, feeding schedules, diaper logs, growth measurements, milestones) and all photos are submitted by parents or legal guardians, on behalf of their children.
• Your child's data and photos are used solely to design and print your book and to support your order (for example, a reprint). They are never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared except with the print partner producing your book.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children, and our website and services are intended for adults aged 18 and over.

If you believe a child has provided us personal information directly, contact us at admin@yournurturednumbers.com and we will promptly remove it.

Your photos and your baby's data are never used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and never used for any purpose beyond creating your book and supporting your order, unless you give us separate, explicit permission (for example, if you choose to share your book with us for our website or social media).

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data.

Because the tracking data you upload about your baby relates to health, we process it only with your explicit consent, which you give when you upload it to create your book. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us, and we will delete the data.

If you are in the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office. If you are in the EEA, you may complain to your local data protection authority. We would ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern directly.

We keep your uploaded data and photos in our secure storage for as long as your book remains in the My Projects section of your account, so you can reorder or reprint the same book at any time. If you delete a book from My Projects, the photos and data associated with it are deleted with it. We retain basic order and transaction records (such as receipts) for as long as the law requires, for example for tax and accounting purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
